Each course is designed to offer a gastronomic journey through the surrounding villages and countryside, evoking genuine memories and flavours. The care in preparation and passion for tradition are reflected in every detail, guaranteeing an authentic experience.
The selection of raw ingredients producers is at the heart of the culinary proposal: local farmers, breeders and artisans who share values such as quality and sustainability. The ingredients used are meticulously chosen, favouring the seasonality and freshness, enhancing the natural flavours: from extra virgin olive oil to cheeses and cured meats, each product tells a story of passion and dedication and enhances the excellence of the territory.

Among the most popular dishes that pay homage to the Maremma, the inevitable start with a board of mixed cold cuts, cheeses and crostini that offers a taste of the region’s artisanal excellence; pici alla buttera, with their rich and tasty sauce; and gnudi, delicate ricotta and spinach dumplings.
The gastronomic journey offers tasty stops also for vegetarians and vegans, from side dishes and main courses to desserts, made without animal products, guaranteeing an equally satisfying experience.

The grill is the beating heart of La Stellata, a hotspot evoking rural tradition and the warmth of the farmhouse hearth. The grill, with its customised iron furniture, dominates the scene, evoking the kitchens where the family gathered around the fire to share meals.

The Meat Selection celebrates the excellence of Italian meat, carefully chosen to represent the best of our territory.
The meats come from Italian farms that follow methods respectful of quality and animal welfare and that value a deep bond with nature and the territory. This choice is inspired by the tradition and culture of Italian butchery, famous for its attention to the cutting and handling of meat, thus offering a genuine and satisfying taste experience.
Each cut, from the traditional fillet steak to the tagliata and the delicious Florentine steaks, is enhanced by masterful cooking on a grill by our chefs, preserving aromas, characteristics and textures.
